Package Returned to Sender
We're sorry to hear that your package was returned to the sender. This typically occurs due to one of the following reasons:
● Incorrect or Invalid Address: Please double-check the shipping address provided at checkout.
● Unreachable Customer: The carrier was unable to contact you via the phone number provided.
● Forwarding Issues: Forwarding instructions were unavailable or expired.
● P.O. Box Address: P.O. Boxes are not accepted for vape product shipments.
● Access Restrictions: The delivery location was inaccessible (e.g., gated community, military base).
● Customs Clearance Failure: The package failed customs clearance (for international shipments).
Important: Due to PACT Act regulations, we cannot reship returned packages.
If your package was returned due to a failed adult signature delivery, a $20 restocking fee may be deducted from your refund. Please note that shipping and adult signature fees are non-refundable.
To prevent future returns, please:
● Verify the shipping address before completing your order.
● Consider shipping to a business address where can sign for the package.
